"Never ever go to this dental clinic. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic while getting a root canal treatment done for my four-year-old daughter. We were informed that the procedure would require three sittings, and after the final appointment, we were assured that the treatment was complete. However, within a week, my daughter developed an infection in the same tooth, causing her severe pain. When we revisited, the filling was reopened and we were asked to wait for the infection to subside before refilling. Unfortunately, even after the second filling, the infection reoccurred. Upon reopening again, it became evident that the root canal filling had not been done properly. Instead of multiple layers, only a single layer of filling was applied, leaving a gap that likely caused the recurring infection and pain. As a parent, it is extremely distressing to see your child suffer due to what appears to be negligence. Additionally, the doctor seemed impatient and lacked sensitivity while handling a young child. Greater responsibility, precision, and compassion are essential when treating pediatric patients. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. During the treatment she shouted on my 4 years daughter which leads to fear in my daughter. Also, you can not find any difference in compounder and Dr as her compunder is more superior then her."
